How to change the default sound alert for Agents when new chats comes?

Hello,

We have one requirement to change the Default Sound Alert for Agents when new chat comes.

I was trying to create a new record in Audio Files 

But, while uploading the desired audio file, it is giving an error.

The format of the file is also correct (tried for mp3 and ogg as well)

Can anyone please share some inputs if there is another process to follow 

I have followed the same steps from the doc - Manage audio files (servicenow.com)
