Is there a way or any update which improves the reservation recurrances?

we are desperate to be able to book meetings that have more frequencies, e.g. "the first" "monday" of every month, or bi-weekly /bi-monthly.... the recurrences are limited to same event weekly or monthly, this isn't practicale if real life.
