Issue with scenario planning floor map view

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the Scenario Planning module in Workplace Central and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this.

When I open any scenario, I expect to see the usual views like the floor map, stack plan, etc. However, instead of these, I’m only seeing Workplace Cases and Workplace Move Cases. The expected scenario visualizations are not appearing.

Additionally, on the Space Management page where all scenarios are listed, clicking on a scenario does nothing—no view opens. The only way I’m able to access a scenario properly is by selecting View All Scenarios, and then it opens that to not as expected .

Has anyone encountered this behavior or found a solution?
Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
