Hi all,
Sorry if I'm the 1000th person to ask about this Javascript error. I'm exploring the feature in my PDI, and I created all the reservable spaces using Map Studio as polygons manually. No MappedIn connection at all. I got it synced to WSD successfully, and I could even make my first reservation from the Card view.
What does not work is that Map view part, I get one big "There is a JavaScript error in your browser console" back, and I have no idea how to fix it. It looks a bit like the error described in here:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0966014
But I have no clue which credentials I could add because I don't have a paid MappedIn account, and no idea where to get such credentials from (now why I should need them, as I'm not working with that tool).
Or is it maybe something different? Here are the errors:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

at f.<computed> (sn_map_core.indoormap.min.jsdbx?studio_build=Thu_Apr_04_2024&v=06-17-2024_2231:2:1358)
Can anyone give me a good hint how to get it running?
Best regards

Update: The WS portal is still broken, but I got it running on the ESC page. It turned out that I simply missed to save the view in View Editor on the Map Studio. This community answer helped me:

Hi,
I'm unsure if the Mappedin piece is related to your error, instead, I would read this over: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1431334
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!

Hi Allen,
Thanks for the input! The KB article seems not to reflect the actual issue (that default view sys_id seems to be correct), but it points me to another interesting issue: I can't open the /ws portal at all ("The page you are looking for could not be found"), even though there is an entry for it. I did all my tests from the /esc portal so far.
So I'll try to find the reason for that more fundamental issue, and fix it before testing further.
