Trying to figure out a solution for this issue when reserving a room. Workplace reservation triggers 1st approval as expected. Then less than a min later that 1st approval record state changes to "No Longer Required". Then a new 2nd approval record is created. After approving the 2nd approval record, everything behaves as expected. Any ideas?

Hi @D N
The issue with duplicate approvals in Workplace Room reservations may stem from a business rule, workflow, or script that triggers an additional approval under certain conditions:
Review Business Rules and Workflows: Check for any business rules or workflows that might automatically update the state of the first approval to "No Longer Required" and create a new approval.
Check for Custom Scripts: Look for any custom scripts or logic that could cause this behavior.
Verify that the approval policies are correctly configured and not set up to trigger additional approvals unnecessarily.
