Map View in WSD Search Widget stuck on "loading" and never loads

We haven't made any updates to our Production maps this year, but we started having an issue with the Map View in our Reservable Modules within the WSD Search widget.  Widget is out of the box, but is showing on our service portal, instead of the WSD portal (which has been the set up since 2023).  Other view we have set up (Card and Schedule) work just fine for everyone currently, the issue is just limited to the Map View that links to our Indoor Mapping floor plans.

 

This morning, a user reported that she was not seeing the Map View under the Reservation search, and I was able to replicate the behavior at first.  but only in production.  Dev was working just fine. 

 

I cleared the cache, and tried again, and the map loaded for me in Prod.  Impersonate the staff member - still failing, impersonate another user, works fine.  I impersonated the person who reported the issue and it was working for her under my impersonation.  I asked her to try again from her system - she is still getting a spinning "please wait" message, despite trying 3 different browsers.

 

Has anyone experienced this sort of issue before?  No changes have been made by our teams that touched the WSD functions.  I'm open to suggestions on what logs/tables/settings/etc. to look at to troubleshoot this.

Hello @jlynch23 , can you validate if there are any skipped files, in the case of recent updates? And are all the versions updated to the same version?

Finally, you might want to check the browser console (inspect) to see if there are any errors.
