Missing WSD plugins in the PDI - Help!

My PDI doesn't have the WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) plugins available for installation? Who can help me on that?

I need to install the plugins below:

I have some co-workers that mentioned that they are using XANADU and they ARE ABLE to install the WSD plugins. So, the XANADU could be not the issue. 

Am I missing anything else?

Are they speaking to their Xanadu PDI?

I had a Xanadu PDI and I released it, because of the limited apps/plugins available. This was 1 week ago. I would double check if your colleagues are referencing their PDIs.

On the developer site it shows that Xanadu Patch 1 is available but triggering the upgrade, the instance does not show that it has been upgraded and remains in Patch 0.

This is a known issue, and there is little you can do as ServiceNow does not provide PDI support.

Please mark answer correct and/or helpful for others reading this with the same issue/question.

@fabio_milani I just stood up a new Xanadu PDI and the plugins are available now.
