Now Mobile : make a reservation => cant find the "add extra services" select box.

Hi all,

I'm using now mobile to make reservation, but cant find the "add extra services" select box. is there a way to have that ?

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Some UI elements available on the Service Portal are not automatically available in Now Mobile.

 

  1. Ensure the field is available in the Mobile Configuration
    • Navigate to: Now Mobile > App Configurations > Layouts
    • Find the form related to reservations
    • Check if the "Add extra services" field is included
    • If missing, manually add it to the mobile layout
  2. Check UI Policies
    • Search for policies related to reservations
    • Look for conditions that may be hiding the "Add extra services" field in mobile views
    • Disable or modify the rule if necessary

I've checked the policies and the layout but I haven't find any options for this 😕

Hello @adn , adding services is on mobile only available through the "responsive" experience, which can be accessed in NowMobile. We plan to add improved support on mobile in later releases. I have captured the feedback.
