Unable to upload dwg or png files to Map Studio

Hello, I am getting the following error when uploading files to Map studio: "Setup job failed for the following reason: Could not connect to Map Import service." Does anyone have advice for resolving this?

There was a temporary issue. The problem should be solved now.

Hello Lakshmi, 

 

It can be temporary. You now have the ability to test the Map Import Service within the campus table of Indoor Mapping. There's a special button for that at the bottom of the page. 

 

If the issue lasts please open a case.
