Wayfinding issue with directions on campus between buildings

We are having a problem with our location directory as far as the directions it provides.  When people get directions between buildings and it has to use the directions on the campus the direction path seems to appear/disappear depending on the zoom level.  

If you start with directions and you get to the point that the direction is on the campus, and then you zoom out it will at some zoom levels disappear, and then reappear when you get further/closer away.   if I zoom out a bit more eventually it will show back up.  

Anyone have some suggestions on where to look for the cause or settings to verify that could cause this?

I do see an error in dev tools when I load up that campus.  It doesn't seem like this should be related but that is the only campus we have with multiple buildings where people have to go across the campus to other buildings so just in case it is related:
sn_map_core.indoormap.min.jsdbx?studio_build=Fri_Aug_22_2025&v=06-25-2025_1836:2 Image "oneway" could not be loaded. Please make sure you have added the image with map.addImage() or a "sprite" property in your style. You can provide missing images by listening for the "styleimagemissing" map event.
