We had worked with an implementation partner for our WSD implementation and we're running into some issues. We unfortunately don't have hours left for them to resolve this problem.
In our Dev/Production environments when going to attempt to make a reservation on the second screen we get the message 'This floor has no available spaces'. This is oddly enough working in our test environment, but wasn't built in dev first or moved over to production in the vendors batch update. I had separated out the the update sets from the Now Mobile App and loaded them into our Dev environment. This did not resolve the issue, so I'm starting to wonder if this is deeper down somewhere in WSD.
I have compared the Mobile App builder settings and they match 1 to 1 between our Dev and Test. I have also compared the Reservable Module, Reservable views, time slots, map builder, sn_wsd_core_space, as well as Indoor Map / WSD Synchronizations.
From our portal in all environments everything works great. The map loads and you can select a workspace without issues.
