Generate a quote document

    • Generate a PDF document from a quote to produce a formatted, shareable quote output in CPQ.

    Before you begin

    Document generation must be configured by your administrator before this feature is available. For more information, see Configure quote document generation.

    Role required: sn_sales_crm.quote_creator or equivalent.

    Procedure

    In the quote interface, select Generate document from the header events.

    Result

    The PDF document is generated using the configured document template. The generated document is attached to the quote record and is accessible inline from the quote interface.
