    • Approve restricted caller access (RCA) privileges to enable cross-scope access to any errors generated when using the Negotiation event summarization for fulfillers skill.

    Role required: Admin

    About this task

    RCA privileges define cross-scope access to an application, an event, or an application resource.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > Application Restricted Caller Access.
    2. In the Source Scope column search field, enter Now Assist for Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO).
    3. For source scopes with the status Requested, select the source scope record and update the Status field to Allowed.
