    Field Description
    Name Unique name of the stakeholder. Example: Chief Financial Officer or Retail Customer.
    Stakeholder type Classification of the stakeholder. Examples: Internal, External, Customer, Supplier, or Regulator.
    Group Organizational group associated with the stakeholder.
    Department Department associated with the stakeholder.
    Interest level Rating of the stakeholder's interest in the organization or a specific service or project. Examples: 1-Strong Resistance through 5-Strong Willingness.
    Influence level Rating of the stakeholder's ability to impact the organization or a specific project. Examples: High, Medium, or Low.
    Description Explanation of the stakeholder's interests, influence, and relationship to the organization.
