Manage business process activities

Business process activities represent discrete units of work performed by business actors. Use the Portfolio List view to create, edit, and assign business actors to activities.

Business process activities represent the discrete units of work that make up a business process. Each activity can be assigned to one or more business actors who are responsible for performing the work.

From the Portfolio List view, you can perform the following tasks

• View all business process activities
• Create or edit a business process activity
• Assign business actors to activities
• Create business actors directly from an activity record
• Remove business actors from activities

  View the list of all available business process activities in Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Add or edit a business process activity
  Create or edit a business process activity to track a discrete unit of work in your organization.
• Add a business actor to a business process activity
  You can add an existing business actor to a business process activity in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace, or create a business actor directly from the business process activity record.
• Remove a business actor from a business process activity
  Remove business actors associated with a business process activity in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
