Manage drivers

Manage drivers in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace to track the internal and external conditions motivating your organization, and connect them to the stakeholders and goals they influence.

Drivers help you:

• Document the internal and external conditions motivating change in your organization
• Rate each driver's urgency so you can prioritize your response
• Connect drivers to the stakeholders and goals they influence

From the Portfolio List view, you can perform the following:

• View all drivers
• Add or edit a driver
• Add a stakeholder to a driver, or create one directly from the driver record
• Remove a stakeholder from a driver
• Add a goal to a driver, or create one directly from the driver record
• Remove a goal from a driver

• View all drivers
  View the list of all available drivers in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Add or edit a driver
  Create or edit a driver to document a condition motivating your organization to define goals and implement changes.
• Add a stakeholder to a driver
  Add existing stakeholders to a driver or create stakeholders directly from the driver record to identify who the driver influences.
• Remove a stakeholder from a driver
  Remove stakeholders associated with a driver in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Add goal to driver
  Add existing goals to drivers or create goals directly from driver records to identify which goals each driver influences.
• Remove a goal from a driver
  You can remove the goals associated with a driver in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
