    • The following roles help you to configure and use the Enterprise Asset Management application to manage the life cycle of your assets, parts, and their hierarchical relationships.

    After access has been granted to a role, all the groups or users assigned to the role are granted the access. Roles can contain other roles, and any access granted to a role is granted to any role that contains it.

    		 This role has full access to the Enterprise Asset Management application as well as the OT Asset Workspace.
    Enterprise technician [enterprise_asset_technician]
    • sn_eam.enterprise_mobile_user
    • sn_eam.enterprise_asset_editor
    • sn_ent.classification_reader
    • canvas_user
    		 This role is for users who perform work tasks and update asset records as part of the asset lifecycle. This role has access to the following enterprise asset tasks:
    • all RMA tasks except the Prepare task
    • all recall tasks
    • all disposal tasks
    • all loaner tasks except the Prepare task
    • enterprise asset audit
    • lease-end Collection, Preparation, and Shipment tasks

    Enterprise mobile user

    		 none This role has access to scan assets from a mobile application as well as dispose assets from a mobile application.
    Agent

    [wm_agent]

    		 none This role is for users who perform work on enterprise assets and record details in the corresponding work orders and work order tasks.
    注:
    The wm_agent role must contain an additional role such as enterprise_asset_manager, enterprise_asset_technician, or any other role to log into the Enterprise Asset Workspace.

    Granular roles

    Shipment asset_integration_admin Provides write access to the Ignore stale check [ignore_stale_check] column in the Shipment [sn_itam_common_shipment] table.
    Carrier integration asset_integration_admin Provides access to the Carrier Integration Profile [sn_itam_carrier_int_profilecreate] table to perform the following tasks:
    • Create carrier integration profiles
    • View reports
    Contract renewal contract_system_admin Provides Write access to the sn_itam_common.sn_contract_enable_renewal_flow system property.
    ITAM AI agents asset_aia_admin Provides access to read, write, delete, and report on the ITAM AI Agents Log [itam_aia_log] table.
    Common Hardware Asset Management and Enterprise Asset Management tables sn_eam.enterprise_admin Provides access to the following tables:
    • RFID Connection Attributes [sn_itam_common_rfid_conn_attr]
    • RFID Stage Asset [sn_itam_common_rfid_stg_asset]
    • Repair order [sn_itam_common_repair_order]
