Prioritize ShoppingHub email notifications
To ensure that your customers receive the focused ShoppingHub email notifications, over the global notifications that are sent by default from the platform team, you can manually add a condition to suppress them.

Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Search for and open the Activity Stream @Mention Email record.
- Select the hyperlink on the information message to edit it.
- On the When to send tab, add the condition: "Table does not contain sn_shop_"
- Save the record.
