Instance Observer user configurable dashboard
The All Instances Summary Dashboard is the home page that provides a snapshot of the overall health of your instances. You can create your own dashboard according to your preferences for metrics that help you to analyze the health of your system in a snapshot.

All Instances Summary Dashboard
The default base system dashboard, the All instance health dashboard, is the Instance Observer default home page that provides a snapshot of the overall health of your instances with key insights, such as performance, reliability, and availability at a glance with the following widgets:
- Instance availability: The availability across all instances
- Alerts: The alerts for that account for the last 24 hours
- Open cases: All open cases for that account
- Performance insights: The customizable widget gives the performance insights that are updated every 15 minutes.
- Known Issues (ePRBs): All known issues with ServiceNow
- Instance KPIs: Important KPIs for all instances of the account
- Clusters: Cluster details of all instances in the account
You can select the auto-refresh frequency for the dashboard.
