Working with the document templates
Document Templates define how architectural documents are generated from diagrams and architectural artifacts in Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
Enterprise Architecture Workspace uses the ServiceNow Docs component to provide reusable, governed templates that standardize document structure and content. Only templates explicitly created for Enterprise Architecture Workspace are available when users generate documents from diagrams.
How to access templates
Document Templates are available in two places:
- Setup page- In the Setup page, the Document Templates section displays the list of templates available for creating documents. Admins can create and manage these templates.
- Template Centre- Displays the list of available templates, when you select Create a document from a diagram.
