Turn on the Now Assist panel

  • Turn on the Now Assist panel to enable your agents to use Now Assist skills, such as task summarization, recommendation or navigation, in a side panel on the user interface.

    Before you begin

    You must install at least one Now Assist application before you can turn on the Now Assist panel.

    Once the Now Assist panel is activated, you must have the now_assist_panel_user role to have access it.

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Experiences.
      If you’re already in Now Assist Admin, select the Now Assist Experiences tab.
    2. Select Now Assist panel.
    3. Enable the Now Assist panel on your instance by selecting Turn On.

      On the Now Assist Experiences tab, select Now Assist panel, and then select Turn on.

    4. In the Turn on Now Assist panel dialog box, select Turn on.

      Select Turn on in the Turn on Now Assist panel dialog box to confirm your choice.

    5. Select CI Admin Console to manage LLM Virtual Agent or create a new one on the Assistants page.
