Where can I check the knowledge base that this Search Knowledge is referring to? I'm not familiar with the Service Portal, so I would like to ask the experts in the community. Thank you.

Hi @Takefumi Muto

You can check the knowledge base that the Search Knowledge feature is referring to by navigating to the Knowledge Base section within the Service Portal. If you are not familiar with the Service Portal, the link below provides a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-managemen...

Please note: When you search from the portal, you can configure which knowledge bases are displayed to view the associated knowledge articles. If no knowledge bases are configured, users can view articles from all knowledge bases in the portal.

You can configure your knowledge base from this screen.
