We are managing an employee portal on ServiceNow and would like to quantify from which external sites users are accessing the portal.
- While user behavior within the portal can be tracked using UX Analytics, we are unsure how to analyze the inflow of users coming from outside sources.
- Specifically, we would like to know if this capability exists within ServiceNow’s standard features or if heavy customization is required to achieve this.
- Ideally, through UX Analytics or related tools, we want to identify where users come from externally, what their purpose is, and which pages they visit inside the portal.
Could you please share if and how this can be implemented in ServiceNow? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
