My list view in the CSM module is displaying the wrong Category\Subcategory information. The cat\subcat looks correct when I go into the record but the list view is wrong. Snips below:
Form shows correct.
List view does not.
It's not doing this for every cat\sub cat. What could be causing this?
First confirm the list view is showing you the Category and Subcategory fields from the case table, not dot-walked from another table. Look at the List Layout, or the gear icon to personalize your layout
Confirm the same on the Form Layout.
Correct. I have verified that and also verified that the form is correct as well.
The next thing to check is the choice lists on the dictionary entries for both fields
Do you have any with duplicate Values? Have any of the Labels recently changed?
We have 3 case types and there doesn't seem to be any duplicate values.
