List view is different than form view

My list view in the CSM module is displaying the wrong Category\Subcategory information.  The cat\subcat looks correct when I go into the record but the list view is wrong.  Snips below:  

Form shows correct. 

List view does not.  

It's not doing this for every cat\sub cat.  What could be causing this?

What does the Subcategory list look like?  Since these fields are Integers, if Labels were changed it is possible to still show the old value until the record is viewed.

None of the labels have changed that I am aware of.

Once you view a record, maybe save it for good measure, then refresh the list view, does the same record still show the incorrect subcategory?

Ok let me try that.  Here are the subcategories with the 2 case types: 

Not sure if the "Value" and the "Sequence" can be numbered the same.  This has never been an issue before.

Viewing and saving didn't not correct the list view issue.
