Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me with this? I searched the ServiceNow Store for the Best Practice Engine, but I’m unable to find the plugin.
Could someone please confirm whether it’s available in the Store or if it’s enabled through a different way?
Thanks in advance

The Best Practice Engine (BPE) , developed by Bravium Labs and being integrated into ServiceNow Impact (as of Dec 2025), is a powerful automated code inspection tool for ServiceNow. It scans platform configurations—including client scripts and ACLs—in real-time, enforcing over 200 best practices to reduce technical debt, improve performance, and ensure quality
So here's what's now available:
Scan Engine - faster scans that you can control and run whenever you want
Custom Definitions - define and tailor the rules that you want to scan for (10 active custom definitions for Guided plans, unlimited for Total plans)
Analytics Dashboard - get more data relevant to your role's specific priorities
Real-Time Validation - instantly scan any code on your instance for best practice violations
Azure, Jira, and ServiceNow Integrations - connect to your favorite dev tools and easily create user stories
Code Fix AI Agent - AI agents that can fix your code for you (for customers with any Pro Plus package)
Proposed Fix - a library of code improvements you can leverage to fix issues faster (for Impact Total plans, or customers with a Platform Health Add-On)
