When using @ mentions in sidebar discussions, the user list pulls up many records on the sys_user table. We'd like to limit this list to only Agent roles. Where can we configure this setting?
Thanks Ani. This applied the filter to the activity stream (addt'l comments/work notes etc.), so I'm guessing there's a different URL to use for the sidebar discussion. Would you have any idea on what that would be?
