How to link an attachment from sys_attachment table to Add Attachments in Service Portal Catalog

Hi folks!

I have a requirement to add attachments form the [sys_attachment] table on the Add Attachments icon on service portal catalog form.

I need to perform a feasibility check on the requirement, and let me know your ideas on the same.

Sorry, your requirenment is not clear. 

An attachment can always only be attached to one record only. Therefore I don't understand what you wasnt to achieve.

I just wanna copy an existing attachment in the add attachments icon based on a condition.
