Integration hub transaction

Does anyone know if the scripted REST API transactions count towards the integration hub transaction count or not?

No. With Scripted REST APIs you handle inbound calls, however they are not counted. Only outbound calls to external systems, for example via REST messages are counted.

Does call to internal API's (Catalog API or NLU API's) from flow increase the integration hub transaction count or not?
