Hi @ayushchandra202

There could be various reasons for this issue. Some of them include:

  • Invalid table name: Ensure you are using the correct table name in the API. An incorrect table name or sys_id can lead to a 404 error.
  • Service account roles: Verify that the service account has the proper roles to access the record from the specific table.

If possible try to provide the URL, payload details to help further.

Siva

Hello @ayushchandra202 ,

Please provide the query that is being sent.

Impersonate the integration user, go to the target table and add the same conditions that are mentioned in the query. Are the expected records showing up?

Regards,

Robert

@ayushchandra202

The message clearly states the API user is not allowed to view data and some Table level READ/WRITE/CREATE is blocking it.

Did you debug it using access analyzer?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
