I'm unable to see the Record SNC

Hi everyone,

 

I'm working in UI Builder within Service Operations Workspace, but I'm unable to see the Record SNC

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance on troubleshooting or fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the version of SOW which you are using.

What's your business requirement to do with that Record SNC?
