My PDI is showing error 'Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action'

I have created a new PDI instance and showing the below error.

instance URL: https://dev106705.service-now.com/

and after clicking it asking for an admin password, which I don't have. 
if someone helps will be very appreciated.

Hi @shrikant Dwived ,

 

This error usually comes when you didn't use your PDI for some days, you just need to wait for 30 min to 1 hour to start again.

When you last use your new instance and since how many times this error is coming? Like there is no other option to wait for your instance to be active or you can take reference for this below link
