Hello,
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a set of requirements that allow (among other things) the creation of digital signatures. Through PKI, each digital signature transaction includes a pair of keys: a private key and a public key.
most countries have adopted legislation and regulations modeled after the United States or the European Union, with a preference in many regions for the E.U. model of locally managed, digital signature technology-based eSignatures.
So to achieve this in service now we can enable electronic signature for approval.
Kindly go through below link it might be helpful
If my answer solves your peoblem mark it as correct or mark helpful if it helps you anyway.
thanks,
priti
