I need the complete guidance on performance testing on ServiceNow Platform.
Can someone guide me on this how to do performance testing on the platform and what are the prerequisites needed for this to perform.

There is no OOTB module which can be helpful here. It is something need to test manually, you may reach out SN Account team , if team can support for real time testing and loads.

Hi,
As Atul also mentioned there is no oob way to do performance or load test in ServiceNow.
But You can work with ServiceNow Impact Squad to do this for your customer instance, You need to work with ServiceNow as there may be some contractual obligations that you cant bypass. ServiceNow will assist you in creating a temp instance (replication your customer instance) and that is where you run these tests, not on any mainline instance. how many times a year can you run this might also be in your contract.
