Hi Community,
I was wondering how I can configure an automatic move from an attachment of a case to be moved into EDM when the case is put to closed complete. I know this should be possible somehow when the document type is matched to a specific HR Service but how would this be done? I can only see the topic detail in the document type to be matched.

I didn't find anything about it in SN documentation, but there's an OOB solution for that.
You can enable it for specific HR Services.
If you have EDM plugin activated, you have to go to "HR Service Configuration" module. Then go into the service form, for which you want to enable that functionality.
Configure form layout of HR Service to make fields "Automatically move attachments" and "Employee document type":
Field "Employee document type" is visible only when "Automatically move attachments" is checked.
Now the only thing to do is to check "Automatically move attachments" and select "Employee document type" which will be used to automatically move attachments to EDM under defined document type.
Attachments will be moved only, when case will be marked as "closed complete".
Additional info -> "Move attachments" UI Action will still work, so you can manually move attachments from the case to EDM whenever UI Action is available and specify COE, Topic Detail and Document Type by yourself.

@Inga Karl Did you get the solution on the above? I have a similar requirement to copy the attachment to the EDM once the HR Task is closed.

However my use case was specific to HR task. I could achieve it by cloning the business rule "Move attachments to employee files" and with slight modifications.
