How can I have multiple columns displayed when a reference field list is displayed?

I have a form both with reference fields to Locations and manufacturer; The manufacturer reference search list displays various fields but the Locations only displays a list with one field with a globe icon - "scroll list not searchable". I would like to provide the user with more than one option when searching for a location such as Address, name, city, state. Can anyone point me to the topic where I can find this?

We have Kingston release.

Thanks

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. 🙂

I don't see the option of Tree Piker when I search attribute. 😞

Open the dictionary record of the field and click on Advance view. Then you should see the attributes field. You can set it to false and try if that works

I think what you're looking for is here: Auto Complete for Reference Fields

I had to use my phone call. 😞 Since things are so tied together I could not change one without affecting the other.

In the link reference above Alex Auto Complete for Reference Fields use the ref_ac attributes in the Dictionary Entry record to define which columns appear, which column can be included as "searchable" in the auto complete process and some other features.
