I read in ServiceNow docs which says there are over 1200 definitions that have been assembled into its library as on today. Is there a way to get the list of all ServiceNow health scan definitions?
I doubt they would disclose this. Also we've been down this road before when there is a big change in score when I know we didn't do anything on our side. I've asked and the answer is that they change criteria. They are constantly changing the definitions, so any published documentation would frequently change which means we'd all forever be chasing a moving target.
Tony K makes a good point - the definitions change! Maybe focus on understanding the 5 health categories (security, upgradeability, etc.) for troubleshooting.
