Good morning everybody,
I have a slightly particular requirement, I need to create a password policy for a certain group of users so that they do not need to change their password every 30 days as it is marked in the stay for all users by default. I have not found documentation on this and I don't know if it is perhaps not possible. Any ideas ?
All the best

Hi @tomaslindev,
Please find the below steps mentioned in the ServiceNow Support article to enable reset password for specific users/groups.
- Navigate to Password Reset -> Processes
- https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/pwd_process_list.do?sysparm_query=
- Open any of the password reset processes you want to enable for a set of users.
- Disable "Apply to all users" checkbox.
- Group options will be enabled under the related lists tab.
- Provide the desired "groups" here.
- Users only in these groups will be able to use the "Password Reset" option.

I don't think there are any other ways to set the password policies as such for specific users.
