Reorder Risk Evaluation Module under Overview page in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me on how to change the order of "Risk Evaluation" under the Change Management Overview Tab in Service Operations Workspace, i want to place that "Risk Evaluation" under the Summary.
