Social Q&A - How to set approval before posting the answers

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a requirement to implement the Social Q&A feature with some modifications. The primary goal is to set an approval or some kind of review task when someone answers the question. We should not show the answer until it is reviewed or approved by a specific group. I checked a few docs and communities on how to modify the existing Social Q&A process flow, but I'm not getting anything similar to my use case. So, kindly help me with your suggestions and best practices to implement this use case.
