We are working on an integration between ServiceNow and Workday for purchasing. I’m certain that many other ServiceNow clients have done the same thing. What are best practices on where data should originate and flow between ServiceNow and Workday for the following:
- Product Catalogs
- Requests
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Assets
- Labels:

We worked with Advance Solutions who has a lot of experience with ServiceNow and Workday integrations. If you are interested in learning more about their solution for us, you can reach out to Ben Carlisle at 973.641.8100 or ben.c@advancesolutions.com

HI,
I have worked on creating Scoped Apps for ServiceNow Workday Integrations which are on Store. As per my experience I can recommend below:
1) Workday will be source for all the data, you can create scheduled import from Workday to ServiceNow to store the data for all tables.
2) If you are using the IntegrationHub you have option to import it via Data Stream Actions as well.
IMP: There is new Product on S2PO- Source to Procurement Operations through which you can manage all above tables. Also it has in built integrations for some tables for importing data as well.
Please mark answer helpful if it help you.
Thanks
Vitthal
