Unable to add Change Request in Problem

I am unable to add an existing change request in a problem related list. I can create a new change request from there. And also if i wants to remove the change request that i have created it is not showing the delete action.

Hello @aparnaravi 

1. Out of the box it should work and if it is not then ensure below UI Actions (New and Add) is kept out of the box:

2. Use your PDI to perform the validation or reproduce the same issue and if it is working in PDI then create a dummy user with same roles as of yours in your actual instance (the screenshot of instance you shared) aand then identify it is role issue.

In PDI it is working, but in dev i checked as admin also. It is not working. I am unable to select the existing change

Is "Add" button itself not visible in client instance?

If visible then what happens in your client instance when you click on it?

what debugging did you perform?
