How do I configure an availability service commitment for a clustered system. If there is an outage on one node, the next node takes over without any noticeable change to the service provided. I need to report that the system was available even though there was an outage on one of the system nodes.

Hi Peter,
I believe what you are looking for might be available in ITSM: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-it-service-management/page/product/service-owner-workspace...
Does this service offering availability look like something you are describing? ITSM also has other service operation tools and you may want to ask your question there instead. They may have a solution that works for your use case!

Cindy, Thank you for the response, but the link you provided does not exist. Please provide an operable link so I can review the solution.

I copied the link text, then replaced "xanadu" with "washingtondc" to get this working link:
I'm assuming xanadu will be the name of the yet to be released next version of ServiceNow 😋
