Does any have insight into using Azure vs SCCM for populating end user devices in the CMDB? Does it just come down to licensing or are there capability differences that make one better than the other? Appreciate any guidance you can share.

Hi @Ryan S ,
SCCM is easy to configure, you can enable service graph connector for SCCM from plugin. It’s license free.
Fill all required details to get connected and run the job to see the immediate effect.
mark helpful or accept the solution if it helped you.

SCCM integration using service graph connector is the recommended method for populating end user devices data in CMDB. If there are a lot of Mac end user devices, then JamF integration is also recommended.
Azure service graph connector is for a separate use case. i.e. To populate data related to Azure cloud resources in the CMDB.
