Best Practices for Configuring CMDB Health in ServiceNow

Hi everyone,

We are currently in the process of configuring CMDB Health in our ServiceNow environment. I’d like to get your input on the best practices for implementation:

• Should we enable and configure CMDB Health directly in production, or is it better to follow a staged approach across Dev  Test  Prod environments based on your experience?

• Are there any recommended courses or resources for learning how to properly configure CMDB Health?

• Also, any advice on best practices for creating roles, tasks, and managing permissions related to CMDB Health would be much appreciated.

• Also, any advice on best practices for creating roles, tasks, and managing permissions related to CMDB Health would be much appreciated. ( Yes, based on who need access you go through the roles)

@Verena10  Please go over the courses, regarding the roles please look at the sn_cmdb_user role which gives access to health dashboard.
