Business Application spatial components

Hi All,

 

Currently I am being asked to create Business Application entries for spatial components of existing business applications. Currently we associate application support resolver groups with business applications and our portal routes tickets to resolver groups based on business application support group. Now our spatial team is requesting same/similar functionality when the mapping component within the application has an issue which would be assigned to our spatial team rather than the application support team. How should we be representing these in the CMDB?

Hi @peteGerardis ,

 

In this case, you need to think to implement the CSDM as this will help to resolve the issue.

 

Also on business Application table itself, you can use the Infra Support Team or Support Team on which you can assigned the incident based on the application mapping.

 

I hope my understanding is the correct.
