CMDB Class for Teams Rooms Pro ?

Nico12
Mega Sage

Hi,

We want to integrate Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro devices into our CMDB.

As far as I understand, they are like mini-PCs with serial numbers, MAC addresses, model IDs, etc.

Is the cmdb_ci_computer class the right one, or is there another class that would be a better fit?

Regards,

As per my understanding, there is no dedicated class for MS Teams Rooms Pro devices in CMDB, you can either create a custom class and define the relationships in alignment with CSDM best practices or you can use any existing class that you see as best fit.

As per community guidelines, you can accept more than one answer as accepted solution. If my response helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
