I am trying to hide CMDB Compliance section on CMDB Workspace but even after toggling to inactive on Health settings, it shows up. is there a way to remove that.
For Completeness, i dont see Required vs recommended in CI Class manager. How are scores aggregated and how is overall score calculated?

Thanks @Shubham_Jain
- I dont see the CMDB Completed weighted averages on my instance. It just shows a toggle to make it active or inactive. I am on Xanadu version. is there another setting for this?
- Also i dont see the Metric definition for overall Score as mentioned in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0829828

To ensure proper configuration of required fields for the Object Dictionary from the CMDB table, you’ll need to reference the recommended fields for each CI class.
You can find these recommended fields by navigating to CI Class Manager:
-
Open any CI class.
-
Click on the Health tab on the left-hand side.
-
You’ll see the list of recommended fields for that class.
Alternatively, you can directly access it using the following URL (just replace the instance name with your own):https://<your_instance>.service-now.com/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24ciModel.do%3Fid%3Drecommende...
I will not recommend to changing anything on workspace, however, if you dont want the score then just disable the jobs.

Thanks @Pratiksha
I do see the recommended field under Health Tab but i dont see the items listed under https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0829828
Completeness Metric and Overall Score Metric is missing in my instance. Has that changed in Xanadu and later releases?
Thanks
Aman
