Hello experts,
Does any of you have any simple explanations on each of this suggested relation types,
And am I utilizing the correct one? In this sample, it was all just services records and I was able to produced this dependency view by just using the Depends on (Parent): suggested relationship. Am I using the correct relatioship?
This is my reference diagram to replicate in dependency view:
Additionally when I try to refresh the dependency or when I add a new relation, the diagram is broken. Is there an additional process to ensure that the diagram is always displayed correctly when refreshed?
Regards,
Vaine

Hi @Rain Vaine
There is no impact on instance but your business may get impacted as you are adding n deleting the ci and relationships.

Hi @Rain Vaine
Greetings!!
1st thing, the screenshot your shared is very small to view, but i got some idea. The suggested relationship which ServiceNow state means these are best way to link 2 CI or more. So now if you think Email2 is parent of below one then the relationship is good to go.
Reg. dependency view: I did not see any case where it was broken. It might be a cache issue, or you can try in another browser, or you can log a Now Support case.

Hello,
Another additional questions, whenever we delete or add a relation, this message pops-up:
I am just wondering if there is any impacts on the instance whenever we delete and add CI relationship? Are are there none aside from the records being remove in the CI relationship table?
Regards,
Vaine
