Where can I find instructions about how to create the remediation workflow that "writes to the short description field of the orphan task the following: 'Workflow launched for task number [actual task number of orphan rule]'". The tarining course suggested "Maintain the Health of the CMDB " results to be RETIRED.

My issue was that I am not an experienced workflow designer so, I was not able to create the workflow.
Anyway I followed the video suggested by Service Now at Configure Remediation and I succeeded. If this can be useful to someone, I attach the video screenshots which can drive you step by step in the TASK 13 configuration
